At the California Academy of Sciences, I am part of the Young Marine Conservation Network (YMCN) working group, that has the goal of contributing to conservation initiatives using our research and scientist point of view. Currently, I am collaborating to initiatives in the megadiverse marine region of Verde Island Passage, Philippines, as science fellow of the Sea Institute. I am also interested in actions for improving the Marine Protected Area system of the region.
